    For starters, you should check out 99 Designs you basically post what you want and the price you want to pay and designers from all over will basically post their designs for you and you only pay for the one that you want.

    You’re not going to get a 10k branding solution, but there’s a good chance that you’ll still get something great.

    When it comes to the eCommerce site, the company I work for is Groove Commerce, I know we do quality work :), and we may or may not be out of your price range. Our custom solutions are typically between 15-25k. Give us a call if you’re interested.
